A 20-year-old man has been arrested following an alleged stabbing at a venue on Bull street in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The incident is believed to have occurred just after midnight on Sunday, November the 13th when an altercation broke out between patrons.
The 22-year-old victim was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Then yesterday, police arrested the alleged perpetrator at a property in Jackass Flat.

It’s believed the police investigation is ongoing because it is targeting more than the one offender.
Bendigo Police have told Gold Central Victoria that they are preparing a statement with further details.
