Kyneton volunteer Firefighters were halted in their tracks and unable to respond to a road rescue due to an unrepaired problem with the vehicle’s brakes.
Across the region, stations continue to report long delays in the repair of CFA vehicles and equipment.
Volunteers say the Minister for Emergency Services has been informed but the delays continue.
