After being rammed by a car, multiple businesses on Hargreaves Street in Bendigo’s CBD were damaged this morning.
Police are investigating the series of criminal damage incidents where JB Hi-Fi Bendigo and SportsPower Bendigo were damaged with the entrances to both smashed in.
The Owner of Sportspower Bendigo says thanks to a strong lock, nothing was taken from inside the store.
Police believe a male offender used a vehicle to ram three businesses near Hargreaves Street at about four this morning.
Bendigo police officers on the scene say the car drove into both stores and then drove away.
At this stage, officers don’t believe anything was stolen from the stores however there is significant damage to the structures.
It is not yet known if the businesses will open for trade today.
The investigation remains ongoing.
