New data from CoreLogic shows even areas that had started to fall are flattening out or trending upwards.

The average Bendigo renter forks out $466 per week, with rental prices rising 6.1% in the past year.
CoreLogic’s Head of Research, Eliza Owen, says the rate of rental increases is rising faster in the regions.
