Bendigo Records 3.6 Magnitude Earthquake

It’s been a shaky start to the morning for a number of Central Victorians.

A magnitude 3.6 earthquake was recorded north-east of Bendigo, just before 6:42am.

It’s understood the quake was induced by the Fosterville Gold Mine.

Residents in Huntly, Axedale and Strathfieldsaye have reported feeling the tremors.
