The driver involved in an alleged hit-run in Long Gully, which left one man fighting for his life, will face court today.
Police arrested the 30-year-old Long Gully man and charged him with dangerous driving causing injury and negligently causing serious injury.
The charges came after he hit a 51-year-old man with his car late on Monday night following an argument in the street.

A second man who came to assist was also assaulted before the alleged attacker fled the scene, leaving him with serious injuries.
The 51-year-old man was flown to hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he remains in a critical condition.
