Lifeblood’s Urgent Search for Donors Continues

Following Lifeblood Australia’s urgent nationwide search for blood donors, to help a South Australian mother-of-two, three suitable donors have been identified so far, with the need for donations still extremely high.

The donors from Queensland, South Australia, and Victoria have helped meet one-third of the amount needed for Amira.

There was a 20 percent boost in donation bookings across the country on Thursday. Anyone with A+, A-, O+, and O may be a match for Amira.

Emily Granland, spokesperson for LifeBlood Bendigo is encouraging locals to roll up their sleeves to help Amira and Lifeblood reach their goal.
