New figures reveal home prices across regional Victoria continue to recover, however, they remain just short of their peak in April 2022.
Combined prices outside the major cities grew 0.18% in September, taking annual growth to 1.28% with prices now just 0.78% below last year’s high-point.
Senior Economist at PropTrack, Eleanor Creagh, says the recovery hasn’t been as rapid as the capitals, although regional areas haven’t experienced the same rate of decline.
