Residents of the Hepburn Shire are being invited to have their say on council's draft budget. The $40 million plan allocates resources for more than 100 services from home care to road construction. Volunteers head to WA

More Victorian SES volunteers are on their way to WA to assist with the clean up following cyclone Seroja. Twenty-two personnel will make the trip from units including Gisborne, Marong, Echuca, Bendigo and Ballarat.
